Very useful in terms of what to expect if required to be a witness, what to prepare and what the procedures are. Highlighted gaps in my knowledge. Excellent role play exercises to give a practical experience of what to expect in court.

Excellent course

Richard and Fay are both brilliant presenters. On my second presentation I didn't perform well due to various circumstances but Fay was so very gracious in her comments (all noted though to take forward). Thank you both for a great course.

Generally very informative and helpful. As psychiatrist we will be expected to be writing court reports during the tenure of our career. And courses like these would benefit in the writing and providing an insight into the kind of expertise that is expected from us.

Nick was a fantastic trainer! He was knowledgeable of the subject, answering all questions asked of him in a gentle and calm manner. He maintained interest of the group with break out rooms and activities. Regular breaks given which is always nice! Thanks Nick! Liane kept the course content interesting with a mix of team activities.

Despite having over 15 years of experience already in evidence gathering, interviewing and disclosure, the course acted as a timely reminder and refresher on several areas that I can very much improve upon and take into my day to day work role, that will help to ensure a much more secure and accurate evidence basis as part of any investigation and/or any prosecutions in the future.
