Richard was very knowledgeable and shared this with the group. He was very direct regarding what was required and that helped prepare for the cross examination. I enjoyed his teaching.
Very good course and well delivered. James is very knowledgeable and passionate.
The course materials are very comprehensive, you can see a great amount of thought has gone into the production of these resources. It can be difficult to follow which document is in play, but as discussed during the session, this is probably due to the distance learning aspect. I also think it feels a lot due to there being word documents embedded within documents. Philip Bond (not mentioned above) was also 5*, he provided great tips and advice, his acting skills made the role play scenarios as realistic as they could get. I'm grateful for his specific feedback.
I enjoyed the course, it addressed my confidence when confidence when communicating.
One of the best trainings I had in the FCA. Very engaging and interesting. Paul gave us a lot of examples and tips.
Really enjoyed the afternoon and look forward to implementing creative thinking into my work day
