I found the talk about notebooks very informative in demonstrating that writing in the notebooks is to protect us. Normally the notebooks as a topic can be a bit dry but Ren brought some great advice and enthusiasm making the topic informative and engaging.

The trainer was very knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of breaks given, for us to have a breather and get ready for the next lot of information.

Tim is a great trainer. I love his real life experiences as a way to see how interview techniques have shaped or mishaped past interviews.

Very knowledgeable and experienced trainer who was very generous with sharing this with us. A very engaged group also supported my learning.

Really enjoyed the course and especially having the experience of the court role play in the afternoon.
