It was a good course. I was quite anxious in the beginning but as it went on, it became a good learning and experience in a safe environment.

Enjoyable course - trainer very engaged and knowledgeable in the subject and useful materials Only 1 day, but gave a good overview of the negotiation tools that can be applied in the workplace and beyond.

Engaging, thought provoking. Definitely presented ideas that I'll remember. That being said at times it would have been nice to go more in-depth /explore a bit more thoroughly.
