A really great course. Teaching you not only the basics of the court process, but also providing more detailed knowledge on the role of a witness and how to deal with cross examination. The mock cross examination, whilst daunting, was invaluable experience - everyone's feedback was unique to them providing you with clear areas to work on.

Really good case studies and made the session more interesting and applicable to do a lot of the learning through roll play.

Loved case studies and role play. Would have preferred 2 days of the course as the more we negotiated the better the theory sank in
