Helped to demystify the process of giving evidence and although I am not a role play fan, it was actually really helpful and picked up areas that I had not considered and feel it will give me confidence when the time comes that I have to give evidence.

Sharon introduced the course, set out expectation and informed us what we would be doing. The course set out the importance of what to expect during a tribunal, how to prepare, how to answer questions and use of body language when listening to the counsil and talking to the judge. All staff need to do this training as it shows you what to expect. Sharon, although a barrister, made you feel very grounded, supporting learners during their learning journey. Shes just a natural teacher, was great to be apart of it, although I wouldnt want to be on the receiving end of her questions. She was just brilliant.
