All three trainers were good in there respected tasks. Overall the course has given me a better understanding of the UK court system and how best to represent myself in court. To be a good witness and how to write a witness statement.

Really useful, good to think about why we write things and a refresher on this.

This is an extra skill to allow me to improve in my exiting role and be equipped to contribute to any major incidnet.

The trainer kept us engaged with case files showing relevance to the course

would have been better to use CIW PAN's or something similar to use as the mock examples so we could learn how these could be improved etc.

Overall the course was very helpful and worth attending. I think the statement writing and report writing should have been two separate days or even just a day and a half rather than just the one day, to allow for a full exploration of both as we did not get to do a lot the the assessments and it would have been good if our assessments had of been marked or more discussion about them. All of the attendees had a lot of questions which was good as we were all very engagement but it meant that the day felt a bit rushed going over all the topics.
