Course was easy to follow and well explained. Materials provided for the course are very good and also easy to follow with the guidance from the trainer. I will definitely be able to use what I've learned in my job role.

The type of fraud (excise fraud and missing trader fraud) is a world away from the type of cases we work in OCW.
I had completed the pilot just over a year ago, and this course is a marked approvement. Previously there was a big cross over with courtroom skills but that has now been removed and the course is much better for it. Trainer is very knowledgeable and is keen to share that knowledge and does so in a manner that is very easy to digest. The DS section could be longer to explain as I feel there is a gap in knowledge that I have noticed within my team. Not sure you require all of the pre-course reading. A case summery instead of the MG03, then the schedules, would probably be sufficient.
Good course - participant numbers probably need to be looked at to allow all to be cross-examined as par for the course
