I AM HAPPY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY WHICH HAS IMPROVED MY SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE
Great and useful. However, personally, I think an in person version would have been more effective
Fay was absolutely fantastic and had a style very suited to teaching this topic where everyone is nervous, putting us at ease in the morning and practice session, but being serious when needed and required. She was incredibly clear and handled a technical issue with the recordings as a complete professional.
Max was an amazing trainer - really engaging and kind also. Thank you
Really good course, encourages thinking and applying knowledge, very permissive approach.
Max has a great way of presenting and making the course interesting.
I have very much enjoyed the training, it is most informative and the trainer made the content interesting.
Really enjoyed the day, this is the best training I have completed in the last couple of years
