The course content and knowledge of the trainer was very good but it was hard going with all of the power point slides and sometimes conversations veered away from the content entirely.

I found the course really interesting and informative, this was down to the trainers knowledge of the subject. However, due to my role my initial understanding was very low and there is limited opportunity to apply this within my current practice.

It is quite a long day to be on screen for me personally and maybe face to face might be an idea.

I was expecting a course aimed at strategic or tactical leaders being at enquiries and under examination. The course was more focused on introductory level training for those with limited experience. Good content for those with limited experience but not what I was expecting for more expected personnel.

Would have wished to have more concrete tools and theory.

Unfortunately I did not feel the course related to my job role. The second day was very legal heavy and based around experiences at court - to the point of discussing what we would call the highest person in different courts. The course is named Clinical Leadership Course, but feel that this information was missing. The facilitator was very informative and was always willing to answer questions, but a lot of her examples were lawyer based. The main aspect that i took from the course was to always remember 'human rights' - which is already a main part of my role

Day 2 was better than day 1- I thought there were too many stories from the trainers and not enough content. I didn't think the first day was very clear on what we were learning. The role plays were good but the day 1 one was a little extreme.

Good course around interviewing techniques. It would have been more beneficial if the role play was done in smaller groups so everyone could have a go instead of two people and everyone watching.

I though that the course was great for people who have not had training recently, but as I have had high level interview training recently I felt that it was less useful for me personally. However, it was good for me to see how everyone else performed, as I like to learn from other colleagues. I felt that some of the training was a little dated, and would benefit from some current theories of interviewing.

This was pretty dry - and 8 hours on zoom is hard going. This was not the fault of the trainer who tried his best. I would suggest that more example cases are provided by Bond Solon for the group to review and discuss both during and before the course.
