Nick Deal s an excellent , interested and motivated trainer. Hi anecdotal examples are memorable and useful It would be helpful if candidates were given more information, in advance of the training day, about the structure of the day.

The course was very relevant to my practise. All clinicians should take part in this training. Clinical Responsibility and the LAW are important in practice. The Discussions around mental Health were interesting and shocking It was good to meet the prison nurses and understand their issues

good course. good cross exam learnt a lot perhaps some more pre-reading materials and also some videos of perfect examples.

An excellent course. Richard balanced theory with practical real-life examples which was very useful.

The course presenter was well-prepared for the role play and fully committed to the task, playing a very tough character. He really challenged me and pushed me to the edge at times, which helped me learn how to handle pushbacks and navigate difficult conversations more confidently. I genuinely enjoyed the experience and found it incredibly valuable.

Really enjoyed the course. The content was really well laid out and lots of things i can take back to implement it. The decision matrix was also very interesting which i will use. My key takeaway about confidence=Trust is something very valuable which i will help to develop my kids confidence.
