The trainer was so charismatic, enthusiastic and knowledgable. It was a great course filled with knowledge I’ll use going forward. I wish the course was a little longer. My only negative is that we were not told the importance of having a redacted statement that’s case was closed beforehand. This is down to our provider but I would have liked to been cross examined on an actual statement as appose to something fictional I wrote down. I will pass this on to my training team as I’m sure it’s their communication.

Interesting and informative course. Karen was very engaging and I enjoyed the last exercise even though I wasn’t brave enough to take part!

great few days training. Paul is a considerate, sensitive and knowledgeable trainer. I have enjoyed learning new ways of supervision and I am passionate about implementing changes within our safeguarding team and practices.

Good interactive training session. Useful to chat with other safeguarding leads in other Trusts to see how they deliver safeguarding supervision.
