Very good course and excellent trainer.

I found the course invaluable in explaining digitial investigation and what my trained staff are being asked to do. Also an informative overview of the internet.

Generally very informative and helpful. As psychiatrist we will be expected to be writing court reports during the tenure of our career. And courses like these would benefit in the writing and providing an insight into the kind of expertise that is expected from us.

Nick was a fantastic trainer! He was knowledgeable of the subject, answering all questions asked of him in a gentle and calm manner. He maintained interest of the group with break out rooms and activities. Regular breaks given which is always nice! Thanks Nick! I learnt a lot from today's session and one which I can put into practice too.

Richard and Fay were knowledgeable, professional and personable. The cross-examination day was very beneficial to me. I would have appreciated some written feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of my performance in the two sessions. The break-out rooms on days 1 and 2 were well scheduled and meant the course was interactive which is key when delivering Teams based courses. Given the course was held over three days, I think it would have made more sense to have longer days on days 1 and 2 for a more holistic refresh / update on the expert witness role.

Liane kept the course content interesting with a mix of team activities.

The course was extremely informative and relevant and Liane was excellent in the way she delivered the content and engaged with attendees.

Despite having over 15 years of experience already in evidence gathering, interviewing and disclosure, the course acted as a timely reminder and refresher on several areas that I can very much improve upon and take into my day to day work role, that will help to ensure a much more secure and accurate evidence basis as part of any investigation and/or any prosecutions in the future.

Extremely good course for local authority enforcement staff, well run and impressive tutor.
