Very informative course which will aid my role and having the course materials to look back on will be helpful in future safeguarding situations. I will be mindful of my documentation moving forward. It was interesting hearing how certain words that I use on a daily basis can be interpreted and how I should change them to be more accurate in descriptions.

Meena was excellent and extremely knowledgeable in her areas of expertise Whilst clearly coming from a legal background Meena was able to demonstrate an understanding of the complexities of the health service and issues that staff may face within those roles

Veri interesting and I feel a lot more informed about the key legislation for our role.

Really well delivered course, with a good balance of delivering materials-breakout room questions and breaks. Only improvement would be to make the course materials with less solid colour pages as it uses a lot of ink to print.

Very detailed. Not all answers were obvious to the group. Needed explanation.

The course was definitely useful in helping me think about my approach to communication - I valued the peer feedback and group work particularly. I feel it would've been better to perhaps "rotate the strike" on the presentation section but appreciate the time difficulties with doing that. Overall great
