Excellent

Ren was a fantastic trainer and I feel more confident in my statement writing skills as a result of the course. The only aspect in which the course could be improved is by less independent working throughout the course of the day. Whilst it is good to do exercises to put knowledge into practice, I would have preferred to go over examples of statement writing more and would have also enjoyed reviewing our statements as a whole group to pick out points for improvement, etc. Overall still a good course and thank you again to Ren :)

The statement writing exercise was very helpful in considering how easily detail can be missed or be assumed in a witness statement. This is something I will consider when taking witness statements in future.

I've been writing reports for 5 years. This is more of an introduction course but very good standard

Good pace and style, excellent presenter

really interesting informative day, great use of the chat function and responding. Also adding links into the chat is very useful for supporting documents or references.

The trainer was excellent and able to relate her experiences in the workplace/life to the course which made the course very interesting. There were attendees from different disciplines and she was able to adjust the content to be able to support all of our needs. A good day.
