The course was incredibly insightful. Richard Stone managed to demystify the legal requirements for expert witnesses. I now have a much clearer understanding of how to structure my reports to comply with CrPR Part 19 and the 2023 Practice Directions. The distinction between fact and opinion was a key takeaway for me.

It was brilliant presentation by the host. the session was very insightful and informative. well structured. I believe having more examples of exp witness reports might have helped.
