Overall, I thought the course was very interesting and the trainer very knowledgeable. I feel the trainer related the training materials really well to our jobs making it very applicable and useful.

This was an outstanding training. Francesca kept the group engaged and interested throughout the sessions. Francesca also enabled a safe and comfortable space for asking questions. I truly feel more confident in my ability within the court arena and throughout care proceedings which will hopefully ensure better standards, outcomes and timescales for the children I support.

The course is interesting and entertaining, leaving you wanting more. I would like a Course book with illustrations, memorable stories as well as key facts, as I found the current PDF layout doesn't match my learning style and not ideal for Dyslexia.

Very enjoyable course and kept us engaged. great pace to keep us learning.
