Geraint was fantastic! I have had many training courses and this has been one of the most engaging. Genuinely enjoyable and looking forward to more. Geraint's ability to contextualise learning outcomes with real world examples was refreshing.

Great session and James was very interesting and engaging

Very well presented. Ascertained what the group wanted from the session and referred to these throughout the days discussion. Using visual tools & giving examples of case studies throughout the day helped support discussions and apply it to our patient groups

I really learned from the sample reports we discusse.

Excellent course, relevance clear and well presented Presenter clearly knowledgeable and interested Only thing to improve might be explanation of note taking exercise as I found this a bit unclear (but this is icing on the cake)

I have been a manager now for just over 5 years but this course was still beneficial to me and has given me a bit more knowledge as well.
