Thought John was able to change the content on the fly as to what we required. Helps when someone has good experience in the subject matter. General feedback: 1. not so long on introductions as it took longer to get into the session and grab my attention. 2. Hard doing these via teams but can i suggest that facing the camera is better as for those not able to hear as well sometimes need to read lips to follow everything, especially when at a reasonable fast pace.
John was a great trainer, very engaging, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Lots of information to take in and digest which felt a little overwhelming at times - maybe a few breakout sessions would have helped to either practice or discuss different approaches. I really enjoyed the course but do feel a little overwhelmed with the content and where to start/what to focus on moving forward.
This training was well delivered with interesting examples of how to apply the approaches covered today. There is an opportunity to further develop this by applying to the specific work areas this being commercial and government ways of working where conflict is identified.
Great session, really easy to follow and the pace was great - plenty of examples and comfort breaks, which was really helpful.
Interesting and frightening in turn. I need to check my digital footprint and shadow now.
I have really enjoyed this course, very informative and the trainer was very knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the training programme. The trainer was patient with us all and answered all our questions and also made it interesting. Thankyou so much x
Nick Deal is one of the most engaging trainers I have come across in years. Absolutely fantastic and charming.
Nick was a very engaging trainer that engaged throughout the session and it was the best session of the three courses that I have completed so far with Bond Solon, very much in part to Nicks delivery style.
The course significantly exceeded my expectations. Key takeaways included a heightened awareness of the importance of staying within my core areas of expertise, as well as the value of clearly articulating industry‑specific concepts. Practising verbal explanations and providing practical examples - this would strengthen the educational aspect of my role, enabling me to better support both clients and the court.
