As a Health and Safety Officer within the aviation industry, we have a very detailed emergency response process, however for me, the real benefit I received from the course was the amount of and being very specific about what the investigator's role would look like. And what the investigators are dealing with and looking for at the adverse event scene. Without having an experienced and professional trainer in the role play, this could have just ended up as another 40-60 minutes don't take it too seriously scenario. However the role playing during my interview was of the highest level. Doing the exercises virtually and not in a face-to-face classroom environment was a little problematic however we still managed to achieve our aims with the exercise scenarios. Excellent course throughout.

Excellent knowledge and skills provided from the trainer, I would know feel more confident completing court reports and attending court hearings.

Karen was fantasic. She was extremely knowledgeable and has provided my colleagues and I with a strong understanding of cross examination.

By far one of the better courses.

Fantastic trainer and one of the most engaging courses. Loved it, however very daunting cross examination. It was good to get the practice at the end of the first day however I feel we should have had a little more time to look over the case as I felt this a tiny bit overwhelming.

The Jasmin Miller case was very good. A second case would have been a bonus.

The facilitator (Susan) explained the course in complete detail and interacted well with the pariticipants. She was also able to answer all the questions with clarity. Highly recommended!
