A really worthwhile course. I liked the way the trainer asked for volunteers rather than force someone to put themselves in uncomfortable positions, and also major thanks to the three volunteers!

Susan delivered the course really well, she was engaging and made the content interesting. I found the examples discussed relating to health care particularly useful. I will definitely be implementing what I've learnt into my daily record keeping.

CHC is a complex area and i find receiving or delivering content in this area difficult during teams. The training i deliver to my staff in Hartlepool i have embedded some live anonymised cases to complete the CHC CL and DST to allow staff to apply the criteria and think about the clients they work with. The slide show is useful but sometimes too much information contained.

I found the course interesting and useful; there was plentiful course materials and breakout sessions to assist in the flow of the day. All were relevant to practice and included a good mix of both children and adults.
