Very engaging and useful

Was dreading it but really enjoyed it.

Trainer was excellent, made everyone feel comfortable which allowed us to give everything a go and ask questions.

A great insight into the court system and how to prepare ourselves for being an expert witness. The content was fab and I am pleased I now have this to hand. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and informative.

Ricahard is an excellent teacher and he held the meeting very well.. It was appropriate for the attendees and helped me to clarify a lot of issues.

A highly relevant course. Richard made the day light hearted and interactive, which was very welcome. I found his style engaging and easy to follow, no mean feat with what could be potentially quite dry! The practice cross-examination was a great introduction to what I might expect in the future and some excellent real-world tips on how to make the challenges of giving evidence more palatable.

Very helpful day. I actually did this course about 12 or 13 years ago, in person in London, but only recently have I undertaken reports via an agency. Good to refresh my knowledge and skills

Excellent trainer, very clear and explained legal terminology very clearly to me I had read the manual prior to attending the course but the trainer explained very well and it made very easy to understand important concepts
