The pace and delivery style of the trainer was relaxed, inclusive and had a great mixture of humour and core knowledge and experience which was well communicated. He listened and responded to individual contributions to the discussion and helped to make everyone feel included and valued within the group.

the trainer was able to keep everyone engaged, and had the right balance between teaching, group work and breaks. the exercises/case study gave everyone the opportunity in the group settings a chance to discuss while still be informal enough to put people at ease. it was interesting to see how you can be easily influenced or bias without realising.

I did one of these previously and passed so it was not a completely new experience but I still feel I gained a lot just in this practice situation. Since we rarely appear in Court these days this is invaluable experience being exposed to what can happen.
