It was a good overall course on interviewing techniques but more relevant examples to our insolvency work would have been appreciated. The lack of printed materials on this and other courses was also an issue as the venues don't have sufficient sockets for everyone to plug in their computer. My laptop computer is unable to go a full day without charge.

There is an issue with not being able to use the toggle on this feedback form for the questions scored out of 10. They're all stuck on 10. Knowledge before:2, knowledge now:6, likely to recommend:7 An edited version of the template in the manual would be helpful A short 30 minutes on the basics would be of use for new starters (although I appreciate that some people write lots of reports already). Links to the civil/criminal/family guidance would be of great use

Very useful course with a very good instructor in Ren.

Would be more useful if we were given a case report to write using a fictitious case. This would have given us the background and context to the course manual.

It was quite generic, I think I would have preferred a course based on medical legal/ criminal expert work. It is hard to keep to broad to ensure all types of witnesses are catered for. An editable version of a template for expert reports would be helpful.

Training mainly aimed at criminal cases. Could be better aimed at the specific role of an Insolvency Service Examiner and the types of interview we conduct.

Please can you make an editable version of the Model reports available (in my case the Criminal version) Please can I have links to the documents that Geraint talked us through? (Judiciary UK and Justice UK). I was sent the course material the day before which I read through. Geraint then proceeded to read it to us. There was much mention of courtroom procedures rather than report writing. The introductions were long and tedious as was spending time asking what questions we would like answered by the end of the day, it would be better to mop these up at the end of the day by asking what hadn't been covered.

Really enjoyed the course, which was delivered very well.

Thank you Ren for such a great course, plenty of breaks made the day go fast and kept us entertained with stories. So much information provided and all information that will apply for work.
