I found the session easy to follow and not full of legal jargon. The course flowed and helped me understand and gain knowledge in how to address some of the complexities that the discharge team face on a near daily basis

I would like to extend my sincere congratulations and appreciation for the exceptionally high standard of learning delivered. The knowledge and experience shared were of the highest quality, thoughtfully adapted to the DWP context while still retaining the full depth and relevance of the material.
