Very knowledgeable and professional trainers - great communication and the exercises were very involved which greatly helped in cementing the knowledge.

Such a great 2 days so far, i wasn't sure what to expect and thought it would be death by powerpoint. I love the aspects of putting us into rooms which has enabled us to get to know each other other than just being a face on a screen. I will look forward to the next 2 days in a couple of weeks time.

Paul was very informative and gave the opportunity to allow for questions. He is an excellent presenter and I appreciated that it wasn't all power point based and gave opportunity for interactive group work.

I have really enjoyed the course. I learnt a a lot and found it very helpful to breakout in to rooms and to speak to other professionals in the same role throughout the UK. It was good to be interactive rather than have lots of powerpoint presentations which can make people loose interest

Really fantastic and interactive training! I feel the past 2 days have helped massively develop my understanding of restorative supervision and how to enhance my practice as a supervisor/coach

I was not a fan of the social styles model as i do not like the concept of one size fits all for people, also the negative skills is something that can be anxiety provoking and upsetting to think others may see you that way without a supportive discussion around the purpose of these. One member of the group shared in a breakout room she did the exercise alone after the day ended and spent all night thinking about how she felt about her results as she was surprised and worried, it really impacted her evening. little bit of gentle feedback regarding facilitation of this exercise and the impact of comments, after everyone submitting their results most the group came up as amiable so the trainer said he would expect most of us to be amiable as nurses, i just wanted to share that as someone who came out a different type it felt like it was wrong as a nurse to have a different outcome and can potentially feed into 'cliques' and bullying behaviours that are sometimes witnessed in the workplace
