Really enjoyed the course. Was good to hear real life examples which added context to the learning. Really knowledgeable trainers who were engaging.
The lesson was insightful in making me realise how important engaging with the audience is in landing my message.
I am very pleased with what the course taught me today and will take this in to my day to day.

The course was aimed at the right level and provided a really good introduction to CHC for front line care staff.
I'm not a big fan of online training, however on this occasion Patrick definitely made this interesting, engaging and a lot of food for thought. It was very relevant and an comfortable platform to listen and speak out. I did feel that the small breakout groups lost a little momentum and possibly we need a little more guidance on the material we were using. The group had two different documents as reference. unless I missed an email with the attachment. However, we worked through it and Patrick did jump in to offer further wisdom.
I found the course very informative and I've got a better understanding of the process.
I thoroughly enjoyed the last of my 3 days. Patrick is so knowledgeable and relatable. Training via a digital platform for that length of time is difficult however Patrick kept everyone engaged and included moving at good pace. I have not marked Lorna as she was observing but throughout the sessions I have met her she is warm and approachable and will no doubt be a great asset to Bond Solon.
