I feel the training should be part of training and inductions. so valuable and needed.

The trainer was fantastic. Clearly knowledgeable and experienced in the topic being covered and kept the group engaged throughout the entire session.

I feel that the information should be offered to all NHS employees, I do think people should experience what it is like to be in a court room of some kind, to reduce the anxiety, meet a legal team, speak to a coroner, feel differently about why it is important and necessary to assist in these procedures. It really resonated to focus on being the help/focus on the facts that you have, its not a battle we are not at war we are here to support and aid an outcome and in some cases make valuable changes that support patient care.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I had previously been trained 'in house' for an add-on role in team as an open source investigator and, on reflection, that training was insufficient for the duties I was expected to undertake. I would (and will be) recommending that my employer consider this training for colleagues taking on the OSI function as an add-on to their role.

Increased my knowledge and understanding of safeguarding
