Relevant / Apt and appropriate.

The course was good. But It would probably have been better that we were advised about the Manual in advance. It was a lot of back and forth with the assessment sheets etc. I might have preferred to print out those along with case examples ahead of the course, if warned.

Better IT support in chat would have made the course run a little smoother, we couldn't share files between delegates, only with the course convenor. I think better preparation and a bit more time to write a report would have been helpful

Really enjoyed the course and the experience and knowledge of the trainer came through in how it was delivered

Great day - lots of information - helpful to my role as well as to my professional development into this sphere

The morning was a bit scattered because of the way the zoom rooms were set up. It might have been better to see reports before having to write them. However, the afternoon was very useful
