The workshop was useful and I learned a lot. Our trainer is great and if he had some more local government examples he would be even better. The main feedback about our trainer, Patrick is that he has lots of stories to tell to illustrate points of practice however there were too many used overall, and too many that weren’t relevant to our work. It felt a little unstructured and we could have done with more practice and less talking.

Great course for criminal cases but less so for employment law.

I really enjoyed the course and it was very interesting. It wasn't quite what I was expecting. I was expecting it to be more relatable to my very niche role as a bailiff, however it was relatable to my entire life it has equipped me with some new insights and life skills.
