Alister is an archetypical professional in law. All those I spoke with after the course said how Alister's presentation style was confident, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. One of the most difficult elements of my job has been TTP simply because complexity of the questions and the setting up of the plans smoothly. The open question approach will help me in deciding how to respond to the customers need for a payment plan that they are able to manage without defaulting.

Kelly guided and supported the group excellently, explained aspects well giving practical examples and pointers to make the most of the potential difficult experience of having to give evidence in court.

Really enjoyed this course especially the exercise as there is no way to get training for cross examination so this was brilliant.
