Excellent course, would highly recommend the course to others!

Have not yet received Course materials or slides of presentations so have responded in anticipation. I encountered difficulties on 3 occasions because of IT and Connectivity issues. Jess was most helpful but the problems continued ( not her fault). The speakers had info us that BS had major difficulties that morning with respect to IT issues? This is just not good enough for a training program by an experienced organisation and I’d like to know what is being done to address the problems both by BS and for individuals like me?

Really engaging and found all of the case studies really interesting. Not all was directly related to my area but applying the knowledge to wider areas was still really helpful

Fay was a excellent trainer and the course was well paced and the feedback relevant.

Just one small piece of feedback when I printed out the pages the page numbers were missing which made it harder to follow.

Richard Stone's preparation in advance of cross-examining each of us was impressive. It was clear he was familiar with all of our submitted case studies enabling him to ask the appropriate questions. I have learned many things today which has given me more confidence in how I will perform if and when I am required to appear in court.

Great course once again, thank you so much!

Thank you this has been the best day yet for the Cardiff course, maybe because I was nervous about it!

Really good trainer and being in a smaller group gave the chance to ask more questions and get more from the training day.
