I really enjoy a course where the trainer is clearly knowledgeable in the subject and not relying on pages of notes. I've studied with Bond Solon in the past and enjoyed that also. This is the kind of course i enjoy. thank you Max!

really enjoyed the session!

I found the different personality types really interesting as it's hard to please everyone, planning helps but there will always be people that don't agree with how you've approached something and that's okay as long as I've done my best it's all I can do.

Max was engaging, informative and eloquent in his delivery of the course. The content was extremely relevant to y day-to-day role as a general case manager. The section on the capacity assessment was enlightening - a pity that the report is not more standardised - maybe this could be a contention for future work with the powers that be.

Learned some good techniques for negotiations

Overall an enjoyable training day. Learnt a lot of nuggets. Very helpful.

It was a good day, although I would not be a great negotiator over night but could strengthen this in the future
