Although it is elements of criminal and police related information which wouldnt be relevant to DWP, however it is good knowledge to know and have and apply where required in any adapted format

Overall covered everything I needed to do my role

Could have been 2 very long days, that were made enjoyable and relevant, keeping all participants attentive and involved. Phil has a depth of experience and knowledge and had an ability to tease participants knowledge for the benefit of all.

Wonderful lecturer, Philip was great! extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took great time in explaining information thoroughly.

The course was relevant and good learning. One issue was a senior manager came into the safe learning environment without invite and then emailed the group with inappropriate comments and caused unwanted upset to the group.

Informative well presented training package, very relevant to my role. Good environment in which to discuss concerns and get well evidenced advice to apply. Great to have case studies as reference to emphasis the learning points.

I would definitely recommend!
