Very useful

Found the course very interesting and learnt things i never knew or had heard of before.

Some of the course was a more in depth to what we use currently, but it was worth hearing from other organisations and what their take on complaints handling is.

It would have been more of an advantage to have been able to be more familiar with the witness statements that were used in the role plays. The time to read this was not factored into the course time meaning I had to do this on top of other workload and in personal vening time. It would also be helpful if you were assigned one witness statement in particular to be questioned on which would be more realistic to a real life tribunal as you would know your statement.

Great course, lots to take in but very useful and helpful

The course was thought-provoking and helpful. I liked the way the trainer Paul engaged with the participants, not just following a script but going with what came up naturally. He was able to establish a good rapport. I liked the way the trainer called on people to help everyone to participate. It was a good combination of break out groups and the full participants together. It would have been helpful to have an agenda with approx timings at the beginning of the session. Slides/materials have not been received yet; hopefully they are coming. Prior to the session, would have been helpful to be told to come with real life examples on 'x' subject to assist with getting the most out of the exercises.

Very informative but a huge amount of information to hold on to from just one session which made it feel very longwinded. Began to lose interest near the end as it was so much too take in.

I found the Training very useful and informative and it has improved my knowledge on CHC, I would have liked to spend more time on the case studies and completion of the DST Checklist but due to time running out I felt that that part was rushed.

Very direct and succinct. Nick was extremely helpful and respectful towards all the questions, very knowledgeable. I know that I will apply this in the future to a lot of work related reports and it was extremely relevant to medical report writing. Thank you!

I found this skills day to be very useful for my role as I am relatively new to the police force and have not attended court as of yet. So being able to have this knowledge before attending has helped build my confidence for when I am required in court. I feel that as a student, I would of benefited from this day, earlier on in my course.
