I found the training really informative, it gave me a much clearer understanding of the process. I think I wound find the course more effective it was in person.

We covered a huge amount of material in the time provided, while keeping the course engaging throughout the day. More time / scenarios to practice techniques would have been great, but challenging to do in a one-day course!

The trainer is extremely knowledgeable and delivers the course in an engaging and informative way. For my level of experience (lower than others in the course) I would have benefited from some more basic procedural advise.

Good approach to teaching.

He did well to try and bring the relevance of the subject to our individual need. The academic side was interesting and the interactive elements really useful. It would have been good to role play a mediator in action to prepare us for our first encounter.

The only addition to the course that could help us would be talking through the practicalities of a mediation session.

Good course. It provided me with a clear structural framework for report writing and an in-depth understanding of the legal requirements involved in the process.

It is unlikely I will be called to court to give evidence however this course has been very helpful and familiarised me with various procedures related to witness statements and evidence.
