Very informative and interesting - presenting in a way that held attention and involved everyone. Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and input our own ideas

There were occasional times where I felt lost or that I couldn't relate to the content or how it all came together. Having done session 3 & 4 then 1&2 it felt like the right way round. Finishing on the coaching felt like the best way as it rounded everything off and by that stage we had formed a good group where people where more open to talk about things. Both trainers were great and extremely knowledgeable, thank you to Dilys and Francesca

Excellent course run by trainers who are knowledgeable and passionate. Lots of opportunity for engagement and contribution. The trainers created and nurtured the group dynamic.

The course was very "legal" and although I am not directly involved in writing for Court of Protection I considered that the majority of information delivered was very relevant to writing other reports so will be very helpful. I thought the exercise with the picture and discussion following was very impactful.
