This course has increased my confidence and enhanced my legal literacy, reinforcing my understanding of the MCA and ability to make lawful, defensible decisions in practice. It has also promoted reflection on my role in completing functional assessments requested by our legal team for the court of protection, particularly the importance of evidencing, evidence based practice.
