My overall comment on this module was that it was enjoyable and beneficial because interviewing is a way of getting to the facts of an accident, and by combining all the witness statements through good planning, you can get a factual picture of underlying issues and root causes.

Very very useful course!!

Rhoda brings everything to live and makes the sessions really engaging and fun, with real life examples. The courtroom exercise really helped practice what we’d learned and having Howard in was brilliant!

The course has raised my awareness of digital aspects of a criminal investigation and has broadened my knowledge as a criminal investigator, providing me with tools and techniques that I can bring to my role. I was unable to attend on day 2 of the course and Ray made time to bring me up to speed the next day which I hugely appreciated.
