Thank you very much for today. This is by far the best CHC training I have ever attended in my career. As service manager, I will be highly recommending to all managers that I supervise to attend. Training methods were perfect, encouraging, calm and professional. I did not once feel 'on the spot' which some training I have been on make you feel.
