Geraint is clearly very skilled and experienced, this showed in what he explained and how he carried out the course.

Interesting session, lot of information from varied sources, has been useful to reflect upon and consider for the future of how to apply for future negotiation skills and handling different types of customers. A good source for reflection to help understand how i've been handling cases so far and to benchmark myself of current understanding for speaking with customers.

James Bannerman was a great trainer. He was very engaging and knowledgeable about the subjects. He kept me interested in the topics.

I really enjoyed the course as it was very interesting and the topics discussed are very valuable while working withing the Debt resolution team in the HMRC. The trainer we had was Dr James Bannerman and he was excellent during the training, I struggle with keeping my attention to online courses but he made the training very engaging and made sure to ask us all questions and make sure that everyone alright and following what he was saying.
