Richard is extremely knowledgable and excellent at explaining all the key principles about witness reports. I really learned a lot today and he has given me confidence going into my final assignment

The session is brilliant and covers allot of different aspects of dealing with difficult people however the trainer has explained everything very well and used his own personal examples which has made it very easy to understand.

Great session

I thought the trainer was outstanding. Knew his field and more importantly was able to deliver what he knew with a genuine passion for the subject. His answers to questions were clear, there was no ambiguity. The trainer has helped me as a trainee collision investigator become more confident about what lies ahead as an expert witness in court. Although I haven't yet written a formal report myself I now feel more confident when this day arises.

Intensive 2 day course, useful refresher and increase of learning court room skills, tactics used and how to deal with them. What could easily be a heavy and dry subject, lifted and injected with life by the passion, good humour and experience of the trainer.

Interesting and engaging course. Paul is a great instructor.
