Really interesting, relevant and engaging course. I liked the small group which meant the role plays and discussions weren't overwhelming. The trainer was approachable and knowledgeable.

Some useful pieces of case law would be helpful for the handout Also the Empowerment Matters/Ministry of justice would have been great. Although the course was not aimed at Children in the end (some elements where) I really enjoyed it. However, I am mindful that there were a lot of children's nurses at the training due to being advertised as a training event specifically around 16-17 year olds/children. I think having more of this within the training would have been extremely useful. Thank you

We have been given a lot of information during the past 2 days, I need to process and pick out the relevant information for my practise. This course has given me the confidence and the resources to enable me to undertake high quality assessment and using the legal framework.

Sue was an very knowledgeable trainer, she gave the group time to discuss issues and provided us with case law examples. Enjoyed the group work and felt that the course had the right amount of learning, discussion and group work.
