Very good training and very good trainer delivery

This was a very well run course. The content was clear and relatable. The tutor (Tim) was both knowledgeable and engaging. A great trainer!!

Course was excellently delivered by Tim in a manner that was easy to follow and understand. This will now give me the confidence to complete MG forms to a higher standard and then submit with confidence in getting a conviction

The training is very relevant to our role and would be useful for all inspectors in CIW. It is good to have a refresher on some aspects of note taking and learn some things from new. It is good for new inspectors to know what is expected of them and the importance of note taking as applied to potentially legal situations.

the last part of the course needs to be done in person not online, but was helpful to understand how to defend myself
