Taking the time to speak and practice specifically on court room skills is something I think all investigators should do periodically - the course today was time well spent in that respect. Having an experienced lawyer deliver today's training added a certain credibility (as opposed to training a similar event led by HMRC officers).

Having now completed a face to face course and an on line version, I felt so much engaged with the face course rather than the on line version. I feel this is so more interactive and hands on especially when considering and demonstrating the break away techniques
