Patrick was brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The case studies were (at times) a tad obtuse but I understood the messages it sent. First class course overall all brought to like by Patrick

With my works commitments ( workload) and had some days training due to A/L , did not wholly get involved until today’s courses which was brutally and major wake up call. Looking back, I personnel should have done better and although partiality dyslexia, but warning from Richard on some emails to pre-pare were at my own emission was poor The trainers and role play has been at a high level, and have enjoyed and refreshed skills and defiantly learnt new ones. Which now I must manager time set aside to finish the report Only main criticism , a booklet printed off at the start would of been helpful (being old school)

A suggestion - probably an idea as to signpost attendees of how to practically start off this type of work
