I found this skills day to be very useful for my role as I am relatively new to the police force and have not attended court as of yet. So being able to have this knowledge before attending has helped build my confidence for when I am required in court. I feel that as a student, I would of benefited from this day, earlier on in my course.

I found the day valuable and very informative.

Case scenarios shared prior to the training and these were not discussed. However case examples mentioned through out as relevant. Trainer is very passionate about the subject and this has transferred in the delivery of the course. I am particularly interested in MCA and this has been nurtured further. References and Time management were at high standards

Very good training which gave me a better understanding of the MCA and HRA. the Executive functioning was new knowledge to myself and this has helped me identify that a lot of our clients fall into this category of having capacity on the surface but unable to carry out tasks which would benefit themselves or reduce the risks to themselves.
