The course was thought-provoking and helpful. I liked the way the trainer Paul engaged with the participants, not just following a script but going with what came up naturally. He was able to establish a good rapport. I liked the way the trainer called on people to help everyone to participate. It was a good combination of break out groups and the full participants together. It would have been helpful to have an agenda with approx timings at the beginning of the session. Slides/materials have not been received yet; hopefully they are coming. Prior to the session, would have been helpful to be told to come with real life examples on 'x' subject to assist with getting the most out of the exercises.
