Great teacher and very useful course

Geraint made a special effort to tailor a niche subject to the role I and my HMT colleagues undertake, and it was much appreciated.

Very good trainer / content. I think if the case study continued to give further info as the stages progressed - staff would have been more engaged throughout eg mums engagement became clear at stage 2.

Rhoda was amazing and I actually feel so much more prepared now about going to court; the resources are really helpful and going through the statements was very educational!
