Very good course

Really enjoyable day. It's been a long time since I've attended an event where the facilitator has kept me engaged throughout the whole day. James' knowledge is immense and tied it in to so many different aspects of the negotiating process. I also appreciate the references to further reading to continue this learning. Excellent informative course and I have gained many pointers on how best to navigate the tribunal system. The course has given me a clearer idea on roles and responsibilities. I feel I have a useful list now on getting prepared for a tribunal right through to the tribunal itself.

I found this an excellent and thought provoking day. Delivery was at an appropriate pace, well communicated and relevant and discussion was encouraged. I hope that I never have to implement a good proportion of the content but am grateful to have been exposed to it. Although I have many years of experience, in my past I suppose I have generally been invited onto farms and in my future this is less likely to be the case, so assistance in making that step change is invaluable.
