It has been a really interesting day. I hope I can use the skills of if I am called to speak at the hearing. There is lots to think about.

Great trainer and detailed course content - a bit heavy to go through all of it during the session but will refer to afterwards.

Patrick was great at engaging and ensuring that we stayed engaged and positive throughout the three days. While I find it difficult to sit and listen for long periods of time it was made easier by Patrick's engaging and enthusiastic style.
