Really enjoyed this and appreciated the time to reflect on my own comms skills - the content itself wasn't new to me, but I valued the opportunity for reflection and conversation. Paul was very convivial, engaging and friendly - the onus was on thinking, talking and not on motoring through Powerpoints which was a real blessing.

There was an awful lot of oral content to take in.

Excellent programme. Well run, interesting and relevant to a range of expert witnesses. Brief cross-examination part was particularly useful.

The course was good - very fast pace and not a lot of time to ask questions but Fay was a great trainer. We were given the wrong booklet which was very frustrating as I had printed all of mine out to make notes for the future and wasn't able to do this.

An excellent and enthusiastic trainer - so impressed that she was able to keep our attention and our own focussed all day. Felt the morning was a little slow and then the afternoon was a bit rushed. The session doesn't really allow a lot of time for questions
