Very good course It's always difficult to upskill with limited experiential learning, but this was a neat, well designed day, with few enough delegates to enable us all to have a good stab at role-play with detailed feedback. Fay's knowledge and enthusiasm were just right for this short course. Small thing - if inviting others to give feedback, harder to do this after the facilitator (who has said everything valuable)! > consider inviting peer feedback first

Great facilitator who was kind and patient. It goes without saying that he was credible. All in all, a very enjoyable day. It was heavy in content but that is to expected given some of us are absolute novices when it comes to the subject matter.

Fay was fabulous and offered many examples to help a deeper understanding.
