Richard was a great trainer. He facilitated a very engaging training and had done a good job adapting the material to be specific to our organisation.

Stephanie was great. Clearly very knowledgeable and very engaging. Possibly one of the best trainings I have been on to gate. The role play was completely out of my comfort zone but so valuable and great for building confidence. It would be beneficial to have this course a few times a year. I think all aspects of our training should be dealt with like this as I learnt more today than I have in the last month! Thanks so much.

Made it easy to understand with good relevant examples

Incredibly useful course and very well presented. Steph was excellent in her knowledge of the subject and highly skilled at conveying the information. Role play section was great, if a little scary as to what we may be up against in a cross-examination! I highly recommend this course.
