Really worthwhile day - lots of useful information and practical tips and hints to apply in the workplace. Was great to have differing levels of experience and organisations among the attendees - interesting to see how other organisations apply the legislation/guidance. Kerry was great, she really made discussions interesting and kept to a good pace throughout the day.
